All about THEO

Theo originally came into the charity several years ago and was re-homed with a lovely retired lady. They kept each other company which was good for everyone, but unfortunately over the last couple years Theo started to develop Diabetes. The lady was able to control his diabetes for the next 2 years with diet and oral medication, but it came to a point where he needed to be on insulin injections twice a day in order to survive. This meant he had to come back into the charities care as the lady was unable to administer the injections due to her health.

Since then his Diabetes has been under control and has progressed to a long term foster home. This is with two other diabetic cats and he is settling in just fine. It took him a while to establish his place in the household, as there are several cats and a dog to contend with. In his mind he is Top Dog and likes to oversee everything that goes on in the house.

Kind sponsors contribute towards his veterinary care and help him live out his life as comfortably as the charity can make it.
